Welcome to Tony Belmonte's Historical Atlas of Europe and the Middle East

The Source for historical knowledge and term papers due tomorrow

Special thanks to Ali Rezaian, Shah of the M.A. Mac Empire

Corrections, including spelling corrections, are welcome. Dyslexics of the World Untie! I've got several offers to make a CD-ROM, though none is a firm commitment. If you are or know a software publisher who is interested in putting out a Historical Atlas (with much better graphics quality than this, I am limited by the nature of the web) and commentary, drop a line. I'm afraid I don't have any more access than you to good maps of towns in Eastern Europe where one's relatives came from. I also have no good maps of any European cities, ancient or otherwise. Finally, I've never found enough material to do comprehensive maps of places outside of Europe. There are a few stray non-European maps, but not many... Please choose a time period....
